Our Comments to this email
Although the email itself look down-right stupid, both spellings and formatting are horrible, but on a careful studying it may fool some people. This email may prove an attractive lure to a lot of people than you think. These are dubious and greedy people, thanks to them, who helps to sustain the 419 evil trades.

First you may think that the email was directed to someone else, but sent to you by mistake. This is where greed comes in; you will send the details he’s after for you to grab the promised "money" box. Surely not at all, identity fraud is the only thing you will get.

Apart from greed and dubiousness I can‘t see any reason this email will be of interest or can even trick anyone. A normal person will immediately delete an unsolicited email. Again not only that the email was not intend to you as it appears, you also had no unfinished business with the said Dr Charles Igwenagwu nor Blessed Samuel. Any other response apart from deleting this email is looking for something else.
